April is a mother, daughter, sister, maker of shenanigans (yoga and otherwise). She believes that your yoga practice should be taken with the utmost seriousness, but you shouldn't take yourself seriously at all. So, laughing is a great pranayama technique and dancing should be considered asana. With over 15 years in the teaching, practicing, training yoga teachers, she hopes to support her students in learn how to listen again, to their intuition, to their bodies, to their hearts so they can in turn create lives that they don't want to vacation from.

Naomi, originally from Canterbury, Kent, England, is a woman of diverse passions. From savoring merlot and meditation to crafting beautiful malas and enjoying plants, fire pits, art, dance, and travel, her life is a vibrant tapestry.
Her journey in movement began at age 3 with ballet, evolving into group fitness and yoga, where she holds a 500-hour ERYT certification. Beyond movement, she's a certified life coach and proficient in various holistic practices.
Naomi's intention-based yoga classes provide a space for healing, connection, and freedom. Her life is a testament to the power of passion and holistic well-being

Refund Policy:
$500 deposit is non-refundable. Any cancellations before 60 days of the retreat start date, we can refund 50% of payment (minus the initial deposit). No refunds can be made within 30 days of the start of the retreat. We highly recommend travel insurance whenever traveling.
Beach House
Located at the entrance of the home beach is the Beach House. The downstairs room comprises of 2 beds with its own bathroom, and upstairs has 4 beds and its own bathroom. This is a cost effective option for those looking to come alone but don’t want to afford a private Casita. (This has the chance of being a CO ED situation, please plan accordingly)
